We cater for sizes 4 to 22. Iif you're a size 18 or above, may have a slightly smaller selection available in your size, but there will still be a range to try on. We also have some smaller sizes that can be adjusted to help you get a feel for the look before ordering the correct size.

1. Underwear for trying on dresses, eg pants with no vpl, shape wear if you usually wear.
2. A good strapless or multiway bra if you will need to wear one.

Please do not come to your appointment wearing temporary wash off tans or heavy fake tan as these can damage the dresses.

Please ensure you bring a parent, guardian or appropriate adult with you.

Girls who turn up to appointments in groups or alone without a parent, guardian or other appropriate adult will not be allowed to try on unless agreed beforehand.

We don’t limit the number of people who can come to the appointment, however, we recommend that you keep to a minimum as too many opinions can be confusing. Try and bring people who appreciate your style!

We can accommodate upto 3 (possibly 4) girls to try on at the same time. Appointment time will be dicussed at the point of booking a group appointment. Please ensure you have a group booking made.

We allow you to take photos as you try on, however, not of any tags or for the purpose of trying to source the dresses elsewhere.

Please appreciate that there is a cost to providing the facilities and personal service for yout appointment. Naturally this is different from the experience offered by online only retailers.

We do not offer alterations in house but we can give you numbers for local alteration businesses. We accept no responsibility for the alterations.

We guarantee that we will not sell the same dress in any size or colour to the same school.

We cannot, however, guarantee that someone will not purchase the same dress from another store or online.  Due to this guarantee we cannot hold dresses if you decide to leave without making a purchase.

We can offer staged payments. Dresses cannot be taken away until they are fully paid.

We offer an appointment service to ensure you have the opportunity and time to try on various dresses with no obligation to order or purchase unless you choose.  In the unlikely event that you change your mind or no longer require your purchase, we are not obliged to refund or exchange.

We ask that you inspect your purchase thoroughly before leaving our premises as we cannot refund or exchange an item if you later advise us there is a problem.
